Debbie Tea is an Indonesian-born illustrator currently based in Belgium. She’s all about creating story-rich graphics, often adding layer upon layer upon layer of metaphors in her illustrations. Her work frequently features everyday objects that tend to go unnoticed—until they take center stage. At the same time, she has an endless craving for redesigning ordinary, everyday objects with her own designs and drawings. For her, it’s all about the unassuming details and exploring the potential within the ‘ordinary.’
